Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner has succeeded before Civil Court in O.S.No.22 of 2013 on the file of District Munsif Court, Aranthangi. He wants mutation of patta in line with Court order. The petitioner has submitted on-line application on 29.09.2022. The respondent is processing the same. The respondent has stated that final order will be passed at the earliest as per the Court decree. 3.Recording the said submission, I direct the respondent to complete the exercise on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition disposed of accordingly. No costs.
