(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) WMP(MD)No.19135 of 2025 has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as 5th respondent in the main writ petition.

2. It is submitted by Mr.V.Sanjeevi, learned counsel for the petitioner herein that the members of the petitioner's association are running quarry operations with proper permission and licence from the authorities concerned. When that being so, on the basis of any allegation that has been made by the writ petitioner or any other person under the 2/4

guise of Public Interest Litigation, if any adverse orders are passed without hearing the members of the petitioner's association, that would badly affect them. Unless the association gets impleaded, the interest of the members who are operating quarry operations legally would get affected and therefore hearing of the members of the petitioner's association is just and necessary.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to consider this petition for impleadment.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State does not have serious objection for impleading the petitioner's association as one of the party respondents.

5. In view of the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
