Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to revise the petitioners pension with effect from the 01.06.2003 and disburse the all the pensionary and other arrear benefits along with interest within the time frame stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.06.2018 made in W.P (MD).No.11857 of 2018.
2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order dated 24.06.2019 passed by the respondent.

3.The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, he would submit that the said order cannot be sustained.
4.Be that as it may, if at all, the petitioner is still feel aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, dated 24.06.2019, it is open to him to assail the said order in the manner known to law. Insofar as this contempt petition is concerned, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and final order has also been passed.
5.In view of the said compliance having been made by the respondent pursuant to the order of this Court, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
