ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 5 that 2/4

subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been promoted as Dean in the Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is satisfied with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. After recording the submissions made by both counsels, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
