Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 to execute and register a sale deed in favour of the Petitioner premises in Plot No. 395, Door No. 111, Muniyandi Koil Street, Jawaharpuram, K.Pudur, Madurai, measuring an extent of 84.56 square meter in Survey No. 2720/1 Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District within the time frame as stipulated by this Honble Court.
