ORDER

The relief sought for in this Contempt petition is to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.05.2018 made in W.P.(MD).No.11623 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
