Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the correct Crime Number is 44 of 2010 but in the petition, it is mentioned as 44 of 2020.
3. Because of the wrong Crime Number mentioned in the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file the fresh petition.
