O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely, Vennila, D/o.Raja, aged about 22 years, daughter of the petitioner from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue-Vennila, daughter of the petitioner is produced before this Court. This Court enquired with her and she stated that she has gone on her own wish and that she does not want to go along with the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
