PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint a honest panel to conduct the physical presentation of the Assignment allotted for each and every candidates of II year LLM, final semester in the subject of "Administrative Process and judicial control" for 10 marks, one of the constituent of internal assessment marks of 40 at Government Law College, Tiruchirappalli on the basis of the petitioner's representation made to the respondents on 19.08.2017. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to appoint a honest panel to conduct the physical presentation of the Assignment allotted for each and every candidates of II year LLM, final semester in the subject of "Administrative Process and judicial control" for 10 marks, one of the constituent of internal assessment marks of 40 at Government Law College, Tiruchirappalli by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2017. 2/5

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner was doing LLM Course in the Government Law College, Tiruchirappalli in the year 2015-2017, the dissertation submitted by him has been mechanically returned.

3.This writ petition was filed in the year 2017. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 26.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list this matter under the caption for dismissal today. Even today (28.06.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.Since there is no representation for the petitioner, and also considering the fact that the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner is of the year 2017, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 28.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
