Respondent/Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to allow this Civil Revision Petition directing the Learned 5th Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose off IA No.49 of 2023 in OS No.20 of 2023 . ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 23.11.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned 5th Additional District Court, Madurai,vide the letter in D.No.294/2024 dated 04.03.2024, this Court made the following order:

"The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 23.11.2023 has directed the V Additional District Judge 1/3

Madurai to dispose of the suits in I.A.No. 49 of 2023 in O.S.No.20 of 2023, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned V Additional District Judge Madurai, has submitted a requisition letter, dated 04.03.2024 seeking one month further time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, one month time is granted to dispose of of the I.A.No. 49 of 2023 in O.S.No.20 of 2023, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned trial Judge is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
