ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
2. Though the sixth respondent has been named in person, I am of the view that without any reference to the sixth respondent, the matter can be disposed of. The petitioner moved the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur and an order was passed in favour of the writ petitioner, dated 27.01.2014. The petitioner wants the said order to be enforced. It is not the case of the respondents that this order dated 27.01.2014 passed by Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur, has been stayed or set aside. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to implement the said order forthwith and without any delay.
