JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The appellant has filed the present Writ Appeal challenging the order, dated 16.11.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.18310 of 2022, wherein, the learned Single Judge directed the first respondent to consider the representation/appeal of the appellant, dated 05.10.2020, conduct enquiry based on the enquiry notice, dated 22.06.2022, conclude the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
2.Assailing the said order, the appellant has preferred the present Writ Appeal on the ground that though the appellant has preferred an appeal before the first respondent to rectify the error in UDR Patta No.907, pertaining to S.F.No.120 of Kovilore Village, Kandarvakkottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District and to issue patta to the appellant based on the registered sale deed, dated 10.12.2004, the Writ Court cannot pass an order to conduct enquiry, based on the enquiry notice, dated 22.06.2022 and to pass appropriate orders.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.On a perusal of the order passed by the Writ Court, it is seen that the property in question was classified as "Tharisu" in SLR and the same was registered in the name of Trustees of Arimlam Vairavan Chettiyar Annathana Chathiram. Therefore, we do not find any error or irregularity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
