PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet (H.S.No.47/2012) in view of representation, dated 27.08.2023 within the stipulated time.

O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet (H.S.No.47/2012) in view of representation, dated 27.08.2023 within the stipulated time.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2023 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in December, 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the month of December, 2023. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
