This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act,1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980 against the fair and executable order passed in R.C.A.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai dated 09.11.2016, confirming the order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti dated 30.09.2013.
