Respondents Common Prayer :- Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to provide any one of the alternative place out of the following three places namely 1. at Chathiram Bus stand more fully where the water tank is situated till Kamaraj Statue, 2.City Club area 3.Yanaikulam area by considering the petitioners' representation dated 29.11.2019 in the event that the Town Vending Committee is not constituted by the authorities.

2. In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are allowed directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 29.11.2019, in case, the Town Vending Committee has not been constituted. In the event of the Town Vending Committee being constituted, the representation of the petitioners dated 29.11.2019 shall be forwarded to the Town Vending Committee and the Authority of the
Town Vending Committee shall dispose of the same within a period one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
