O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining in Crime No.231 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is completed and Final Report is made ready. The above said Final Report will be presented before the concerned Court within a period of one week.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be direction to the 1st respondent Police to file the Final Report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over content of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, after getting the copy of above said Final Report.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
