[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to initiate departmental proceedings against the 8th Respondent for his inaction against this Hon'ble Court direction in W.P(MD).No. 6407/2014, dated 14.08.2015 on the basis of G.O.M/s.No.540, Revenue LD6(2) Department, dated 04.12.2014 and also directing the 8th Respondent to remove
the encroachment made by the 9th Respondent School in Jawaharlalpuram Main Road (Kannanendal Sakkiliankulam Road), K.Pudur, in Survey Number 8 in Madurai Corporation, Town Survey Ward-XVI, Block Number:8 in Madurai area by considering the representation dated 10.08.2017.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the tenth respondent viz., Madurai Corporation, submitted that the encroachment made by the ninth respondent has been removed, which is agreed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He has also placed a photograph to prove the same.
