This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was closed as 'undetectable'.

4.Recording the submission of the the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed.
