ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation of the complaint preferred by the petitioner in FIR in Crime No.535 of 2023 dated. 17.08.2023, pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent to any other investigating Authority within the time stipulate by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Jurisdictional Court, as 'Further Action Dropped', regarding which RCS notice was also served.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
