ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.164 of 2012, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in C.C.No.164 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
