ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2019 seeking to sanction pension to the petitioner's husband, David Manohara Pandian, by counting 50 percent of his part time Vocational Instructor Service between 01.12.1980 to 17.12.1999 and sanction family pension to the petitioner.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent in this writ petition denying the contentions of the petitioner.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2019 seeking for sanction of pension to the petitioner's husband, David Manohara Pandian, by counting 50 percent of his part time Vocational 2/4

Instructor Service between 01.12.1980 to 17.12.1999 and sanction family pension to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
