Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to direct the respondents to disburse all terminal benefits of petitioners wife Late.R.Parameswari Community Nutrition Supervisor Grade II along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum 1/3
from the date of her death to till the date of payment and to grant family pension to the petitioner.

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.16936 of 2014, dated 12.05.2017, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that already the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with, as per the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.447/2014, dated 02.12.2019. The said submission is recorded. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
