Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the 1st respondent to consider the Petitioners case for approval based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka. No. 297/A2/2011E dated 31.03.2011 and thereby disburse the arrears of salary with effect from her initial appointment i.e. 01.08.2008 and retirement and pensionary benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 25.04.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.9207 of 2018.

Cont. P(MD) No.1982 of 2018 complied with and in support of her contention, she produced a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.3876/A3/2019 dated 01.04.2019. The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.In view of the compliance made by the respondent, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
