Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs. 5,60,769/- towards Gratuity Rs. 2,39,884/- towards Leave Salary, Rs. 50,000/- towards Social Security Scheme benefit, Rs.5,000/- towards refundable deposits and also arrears of wages for the period from 01.09.2013 to 31.03.15 payable pursuant to new wage settlement dated 13.04.2015, together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amount towards the delay in paying EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs. 2,43,045/- for the period from 31.05.16 to 21.03.17 at the rate as per EPF Scheme and further directing the respondents to pay him Rs.2,32,145/-towards the pension commutation, together with 18% interest per annum. ORDER

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 02.09.2016, passed in W.P(MD)No.16135 of 2016, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court, dated 02.09.2016, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the amount was not yet paid.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any amount is due and payable, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
