The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.22/2017 etc. challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the subject matter of SLP. It is also stated that in another SLP arising out of the same issue, Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted stay. The appeal filed against the order passed in W.A(MD)No.22 of 2017 etc., is ordered to be tagged along with the other case where stay granted. Since this contempt petition is in respect of order in W.A(MD)No.22 of 2017 etc., which is now been seized off by the
