ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/ 4139/2020, dated 16.11.2021 and quash the same.

2. The writ petition is not maintainable in as much as there is an alternate remedy under the maintenance of the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Act, 2007 which provides for an appeal. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
