(MD) No. 22099 of 2017 on the file of this Court. Prayer in WP(MD)No.22099 of 2017 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 16.09.2017 and consequently to direct the respondent to grant Non-Recovery P.F. amount of Rs.2,60,000/- from the accrued provident fund of the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

Mr.D.Sivaraman, Learned Standing Counsel for T.N.S.T.C., appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.12.2017 in W.P. (MD) No. 22099 of 2017, a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- has been sanctioned to the Petitioner as eligible amount of P.F. Loan and produced a letter to that effect addressed to him by the Respondent and states that the said amount would be disbursed by 31.12.2018. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement accepting the same, which is recorded. However, if the Petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to pursue available legal remedy in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Contempt Petitioner is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
