The matter has been listed today(14.10.2025), under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner indicating that this Court, even though had granted liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation deed had not directed the Court below to frame necessary issues in this regard. If the petitioner challenges, the cancellation deed either by way of a reply, rejoinder to the additional written statement filed or independently by seeking necessary amendment to the plaint, the same shall be taken and additional issues shall be framed by the Court.

2. With the clarification, no further orders is required.
