ORDER

Admittedly, the third respondent has been appointed in Aalangulam Panchayat Union. The petitioner is aggrieved by the said appointment, as seen from the prayer sought for in this writ petition. However, the petitioner has not challenged the appointment order issued to the third respondent. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to challenge the appointment order issued to the third respondent. Since the same has not been challenged in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appointment order issued in favour of the third respondent in the manner known to the 2/4

petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
