ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry, based on the petitioner's complaints dated 17.06.2025 and 12.08.2025, alleging the ex-communication. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint dated 17.06.2025 was enquired into and the same was closed and that the second complaint dated 12.08.2025 has been sent making the same representation.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents shall communicate the decision taken on the complaint dated 17.06.2025 forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy in the manner known law.
