ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Ajmal Khan, learned Additional Advocate General, who would submit that though the petitioner has succeeded in the earlier round of litigation in W.P.[MD]No.13931 of 2018 and the urban land proceedings have been set aside, the classification of the lands in the Government records will have to be reclassified before issuance of patta by the third respondent. 2.Therefore, the first and second respondents shall pass orders regarding re1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

WP(MD) NO. 26426 of 2023 classification pursuant to the earlier orders passed in the writ petition, setting aside the urban land ceiling proceedings. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four [4] weeks from today, without seeking any further extension of time. Thereafter, within further four [4] weeks, the respondents shall issue patta to the petitioner.
