Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.Pc., praying to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the nonbailable warrant dated 21.09.2017 pending against the 3rd respondent in STC.No. 41/2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, Viruthunagar District, within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the condemnor/2nd respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2269 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as directed by order dated 23.02.2018, the respondent did not take any steps to execute the warrant issued as against the petitioner in S.T.C.No.368 41 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after the orders passed by this Court, the respondent is searching for the accused, however, till today, he could not able to find out. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition (MD) No.1229 of 2018 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to furnish the address of the accused and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued as against the accused. 5.With the above direction, this contempt petition is dismissed.
