PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.807 of 2019 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a private complaint under Sections 190(1)(a) and 200 Cr.P.C against the respondents before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.807 of 2019. However, the trial has not been concluded so far. Hence, this Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.807 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.807 of 2019, as per the seniority.
