ORDER

The petition has been filed to the respondents 3 and 4 herein not to threaten the petitioner to hand over the possession of the Ayyappan Temple with dining hall situated in S.No.717/11 measuring 34 cents in Rayagiri Part I Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the dispute regarding the shop is now the subject matter of the civil dispute between the parties and the parties have to work out their remedies before the competent civil court. 3.The protection sought for to the disputed property where the possession and title under cloud cannot be granted now.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
