ORDER

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 23.08.2016, passed in W.P(MD)No.14780 of 2016, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court, dated 23.08.2016, has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the amount was not yet paid.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If any amount is due and payable, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
