:Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6350 of 2018, dated 23.3.2018 and punish them under the Contempt of Courts Act.

********* (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J) This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No. 6350 of 2018, dated 23.3.2018 and punish them under the Contempt of Courts Act.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a communication, dated 15.12.2022, issued by the Director of Matriculation Schools and Member, Private Schools, Fee Determination Committee, Chennai-6 addressed to the learned Special Government Pleader of this Court, wherein, it is stated that the order made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with and that the Private Schools Fee's Determination Committee has fixed fee for all the 12251 schools and uploaded the same in the official website of the Committee.

3.In view of the above said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
