PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.Puli.Alagu-I. 1/2017, dated 28.07.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 4 and 5 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner's name in respect of the property measuring 448.0625 Sq. feet in Natham Survey No.999/3, 8th Street, Ilaivaniyarkudi Muddukku Street, Ward No.3, New Ward No.6, Puliyangudi Town, Chinthamani Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

It is seen that there was no representation for the petitioner on 02.09.2024 and 30.09.2024. Despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal" today, there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 2/4
