ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of natham patta for the petition mentioned land. The learned Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the entire Village continues to remain classified as 'Zamin Village' and that none of the occupants have been issued with natham patta. Such state of affairs is unacceptable. The respondents are directed to conduct proper survey of the Village in question and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the interested persons shall be put on notice before passing final order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
