2.This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for recalling the order made in W.P(MD)No.13824 of 2024. The writ petitioner is very much having patta in his favour. A pattadhar is entitled to have his land surveyed. The petitioner's rights have been adequately protected. The order passed by this Court clearly states that survey cannot lead to anybody's dispossession. The writ petitioner cannot even put

up fencing without getting order from the jurisdiction civil Court. I fail to understand as to how the petitioner's rights are infringed. 3.This Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
