ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.89 of 2011 dated 24.06.2010 on the file of the respondent towards action under section 107 of Criminal Procedure Code and quash the same as illegal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner challenges the F.I.R in Crime No.89 of 2011, dated 24.06.2010 registered towards action under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
