respondent District Education Officer vide Aa.Thi.Mu.No. 2495/Aa3/2016 dated 27.06.2016, quash the same and further direct the third respondent District Educational Officer herein to approve forthwith the appointment of Sister K.Rani as Junior Assistant in the petitioner school w.e.f., the date of her appointment viz., 02.01.2016 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
