Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents 1& 2 to consider the petitioners representation to take appropriate action to issue Patta in petitioner name the land bearing patta No.355 comprised in the Re-Survey No.48/4 and Plot No.6 out of the western side of total extent of Acre 1 and Cents 27, the land which was standing in petitioner's name survey and subdivide the same and issue a individual patta in petitioner's name within a time. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 20.12.2017 made in W.P.(MD) No. 23487 of 2017.

for the respondents would submit that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent i.e., the North Tahsildar, Madurai, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9538/2018/S2 dated 21.01.2019.

3.In view of the said compliance having been made by the respondents, this Court feels that no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
