ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to extend the time limit for the production of the planning approval from the Town and Country Planning Department, Tirunelveli by one year without cancelling the Form-C Licences issued by the respondent vide Roc/C1/3981/2017 and Roc/C1/3982/2017, dated 15.02.2017.

2. Pending this writ petition, the petitioner has been benefited with the building plan permission on 30.09.2024, upon which the proceedings have also been issued by the concerned Executive Officer of the Town Panchayat.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the renewal of the C-Form Licence of the petitioner based on the subsequent developments by affording an opportunity to the petitioner before passing any orders on the pending application made by the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
