Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accept any undertaking and direct the respondents to find out the petitioners passport, Alpert Raj.No. 9965719 or giving untraceable certificate. O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.13771 of 2018, dated 13.07.2018.
2.Pursuant to the order dated 13.07.2018, this Court directed the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after conducting enquiry the respondent police closed the same as 'undetectable' and issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.(MD).No.1989 of 2018 non traceable certificate to the petitioner.
4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
