PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed in para No.6 for execution of bond of Rs.25,000/- and for production of Insolvency Certificate as per order dated 13.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3603 of 2025 in S.C.No.420 of 2020 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3603 of 2025 in S.C.No.420 of 2020, dated 13.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his family members do not own any property and therefore, the solvency certificate which is required to accompany the bond could not be produced. Therefore, he sought for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner had earlier jumped bail and the earlier surety was cancelled and also considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, the condition in paragraph No.6 2/4

imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3603 of 2025 in S.C.No.420 of 2020 dated 13.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one blood surety and another shall be the local surety. Further, the time for production of sureties is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
