The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the contempt petition may be closed in view of the fact that the main writ petition itself has been allowed and the interim order, which is the basis of this contempt petition has already been merged with the main order in writ petition. The learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
