ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Driver of the respondent Transport Corporation contending that he had undergone 1/4

Eye test and he has been found to be unfit for driving, by the Government Eye Hospital at Chennai on 15.09.2022.

2. Based upon the said medical report, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent herein on 19.10.2023 to assign or allot any other alternative employment. Since the said request is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 19.10.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
