ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 20.12.2019, this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.27161 of 2019 recovery passed in W.P.(MD).No.19474 of 2019, dated 12.09.2019, by filing an appeal and directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps to effect recovery till 31.01.2020. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, by producing a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa9/849/2015, dated 01.02.2020, submitted that the petitioner has paid the entire amount as per the award, dated 29.10.2011 and that the direction issued by this Court in W.P. (MD).No.19474 of 2019 has been complied with and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
