The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the accused person approached this Court and filed an Anticipatory Bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10058 of 2019 and this Court, by an order dated 17.07.2019, taking into consideration the subsequent events and the release deed executed on 31.07.2019, has granted anticipatory bail.

3. In view of this development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this contempt Petition is closed.
