Prayer :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.NO.801 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024. Prayer in Crl.A.(MD)No.801 of 2024:- This Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, to set aside the order dated 21.09.2024 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.908 of 2024 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Thanjavur, in connection with Cr.No.250 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.M. Karunakaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Sakthi kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, and Mr. R. Gowrishankar, Legal Aid Counsel for the 3rd respondent and upon reading the order dated 19.10.2024, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.801 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in 15 days, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.This petition is modified accordingly."
